The Clear View Counseling Center values your safety and the safety of your loved ones and ours. As COVID-19 cases rise across the country, it is more important than ever to stop the spread of Coronavirus by eliminating non-essential in-person interactions. Thankfully, all of the health insurances with whom we contract have extended their teletherapy coverage.
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. WE ARE STILL ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS AND CONTINUING TO PROVIDE UNINTERRUPTED TELE-HEALTH SERVICES TO YOU SAFELY AND SECURELY. Our office remains closed for now, but we hope to see you all very soon. In the meantime, schedule your teletherapy appointments today!

The Clear View Counseling Center continues to provide tele-therapy services only at this time. However, we are currently in the process of planning our re-opening to be ready to resume in-person treatment when it is safe to do so. We are committed to thoughtfully and responsibly redesigning our offices and changing our check-in procedures to ensure maximum safety and to minimize the risk to all. Please continue to check here and follow us on social media for information.

The Clear View Counseling team, like many of you, are anxious to get back into the office and return to a sense of “normal.” However, we also recognize that we have to re-open responsibly. Although, mental health care is an “essential service” in the state of Maryland, we currently have comparable alternatives (teletherapy) to in-person treatment that are covered by all insurances during COVID-19. Out of an abundance of caution, the Clear View Counseling Center is currently holding off on re-opening for in-person services. We will continue to monitor the guidelines brought forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Governor Hogan.
When we do re-open to in-person services, we will be implementing procedures to ensure the safety of the Clear View community in compliance with the CDC including opening up the CVCC group therapy room as an overflow waiting room to ensure social distancing measures are kept, requiring masks to be worn at all times, increasing our cleaning services, and staggering arrival times for appointments.
We recognize that these measures may be burdensome. However, the health and safety of the Clear View community is our number one priority.
For now, we continue to provide HIPAA-compliant, secure tele-therapy for current and new patients. Please reach out to email@example.com for more information or to schedule your first appointment.
Wishing you health and safety,
The Clear View Counseling Team

Dear Clear View Counseling Center Community,
We are continuing to follow the latest information regarding the Novel Coronavirus/ COVID-19. In compliance with the recommendations of the CDC, we here at the Clear View Counseling Center are participating in social distancing to decrease the potential spread of the virus. We strongly encourage you to do the same.
Even if you are young and healthy, if you are exposed to the Coronavirus you may become a carrier of the disease. Many carriers are asymptomatic, meaning they do not get sick and they may not even know they are carriers. Carriers who come in contact with friends, family, or neighbors who are elderly or immuno-compromised place their loved ones at great risk.
The Clear View Counseling Center wants you to prioritize both your physical and mental health. We are living in unprecedented times and many people are scared or anxious. We also realize that some individuals are vulnerable to increased symptoms of depression due to feelings of social isolation, financial stress, job insecurity, and a sudden lack of daily routine.
We are strongly encouraging all of our clients to take advantage of our tele-therapy services. While we do remain open, we believe the safest means of continuing to provide uninterrupted services during these times is to promote tele-therapy services.
The Clear View Counseling Center offers HIPAA compliant online video conferencing. For more information about tele-therapy, which platform your provider uses, or how to use video conferencing, contact your provider directly or read our tele-therapy FAQ page.
Take care and stay healthy!
