KMC Head ShotKatharine Crook is a graduate student at the Salisbury University School of Social Work. She received her undergraduate degree in Business from Washington College in 2019. Ms. Crook has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of financial services where she teamed with individuals, organizations, and communities to meet their goals for growth, development, and problem resolution. Her ability to reflectively listen to and connect with her customers enabled her to more effectively find solutions that would best work for their particular need.  This professional journey has become a new direction for Ms. Crook to partner with others in a therapeutic role. In her transition to a career in Social Work, Katharine hopes to use the wide range of treatment modalities available while engaging in this same person-centered approach.  She feels it is important to respect the perspective of each client and establish a working relationship based on understanding to help develop authentic solutions. Katharine embraces the integrative approach to mental health and wellness taken by Clear View Counseling Center and feels honored to have this moment in time to continue to learn while in service to others. In her free time, Ms. Crook enjoys her family and a deep abiding love for horses and all animals.
